Our "Unlimited" plans are designed to give you peace of mind, not to enable automated scraping or abuse. This policy outlines what we consider fair use of our AI services.

1. Personal Use Only

LenQuant services are intended for individual human use. Sharing accounts or using automated scripts to access our API or extension is strictly prohibited.

2. "Unlimited" Definition

"Unlimited" AI Explanations means you can ask as many questions as a normal human trader reasonably would during a trading session. To ensure quality of service for all users, "Unlimited" plans are subject to a **soft cap of 100 requests per rolling 24-hour period**.

3. Excessive Usage

We monitor usage patterns to detect abuse. Account activity that exceeds the soft cap or shows non-human patterns may be flagged for review.

If your usage is deemed excessive and puts a strain on our systems or costs, we reserve the right to:

• Contact you to discuss your usage patterns.
• Temporarily throttle your request rate.
• Terminate your account in cases of severe or repeated abuse.

4. Automated Access

Any use of bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access LenQuant services without prior written permission is a violation of our Terms of Service and this Fair Use Policy.
