Analytics become more meaningful with more data. Here's the minimum needed for each chart:
| Chart | Minimum Data |
|---|---|
| Equity Curve | 5+ trades |
| P&L by Grade | 10+ trades across multiple grades |
| Monthly Performance | 2+ months of trading data |
| Symbol Distribution | Trades across 3+ symbols |
Most charts support time range filters to focus on specific periods:
(Winning Trades ÷ Total Trades) × 100. A trade is a "win" if it closed with any profit.
Total Profits ÷ Total Losses. A profit factor above 1.5 is generally considered good.
Average Risk-to-Reward ratio across your trades. Higher is better.
The largest peak-to-trough decline in your equity curve. Lower is better.
